This is truly where my heart is. This place is my ultimate reset button. So cold. So foggy. So special.
This morning there were dolphins, seals and crabbers. It was amazing....it felt like home.
I am so grateful to have this in my life!
What do you relate to that feels like home? Comment below👇🏻 I really want to know.
(webstagram) Be it ever so humble... Always good to travel and learn but I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed.
Much to digest from the weekend with many action items and tasks.
Fun to catch up with family and to meet significant others.
Amazing to swim in the ocean in a different, somewhat warmer, place.
Back to work tomorrow.
(webstagram) Went to a CrossFit box today.
Met a bunch of super cool athletes.
Was able to help them identify trouble spots, weaknesses that likely correlate to their pain and injuries.
Taught them a bunch.
Laughed a lot.
A really good day!
(webstagram) These kids...
I am not sure I should call them kids as one is a Dr., they are homeowners and about to be married but to me they will always be that!
So proud of them and the life they are making!
The picture quality is not great, but not for lack of trying...but the quality of the friendship is the kind where you can pick up where you last left off...even if more than three years has transpired.. I think the world of you both and thanks for driving all over the place with/for me.
(webstagram) Swam there.
Lots of surfers.
Easily got to the outside and had a great swim.
Perspective changes everything. Different beach, different entry, water bluer and warmer, lots of surfers but the feeling is the same.
Outside my comfort zone, beyond the break and growing!
Grateful this Sunday morning for all the things but mostly the gumption to get to the outside and just keep swimming.
(webstagram) Traveling to learn
There are bikes here! Everyone rides them. There was one at the Air BnB where I stayed. That blue one....
It gave me the opportunity to move my body and get places faster. I also could get to the grocery store without walking an hour.
Learning a bunch. Seeing some beautiful sights and the sun is out.
More coming, friends...
