This is my attempt of replicating a sunrise 🌅 although it doesn’t look that much like it. It was really fun to swirl the jam in a pool of almond butter tho😋 Today was a really long day for me that I literally have classes & tutorials from 10am to 5pm. Good thing I had this nourishing bowl of oats to fuel my day! ⛽️
And the center of the “sun”? Goji berries! ❤️ they’re really sweet and nutritious! I’ve been having them since I was little coz my grandma always put a couple of these in chinese soups.
Goji berries are filled with phytochemicals😍 They’re are a great source of antioxidants, slows cancer growth, stabilises blood sugar and has eye & liver protecting properties 👀 . It has large amounts of vitamin A & C, like many other berries, boosts our immunity 💪🏼 . The beta-carotene in them also promotes healthy skin👩🏻. There are also studies showing that they improve anxiety, depression, and sleep! 😴
